Please interpret the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you essential information and instructions about your rights and obligations as our client, concerning any purchase you create through us unless specifically stated differently on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We build every effort to serve the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each of the product. If due to any cause, necessary circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the marketer then the decree shall be called off and returned. In the event the order/product is driven home and has been cancelled for a refund due to product fault, delivery of faulty product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.
Refunds and substitutions:
On genuine claims, Himvati Ayurvedic Herbals will dispatch a replacement order. It can get up to 21 working days for us to ship a replacement order to you after we have picked up the original order from you. We appeal you to gently be patient while we look into the issue and process a replacement order. Our customer care will maintain you updated during the integral procedure.
In extraordinary circumstances, we will return the sum of money paid for the merchandise. We will refund the money the way the payment was cleared. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will repay the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Bank Transfer through NEFT or Cash Deposit, after that we will require your bank account details to process the refund.
The refund process will be begins once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments made by Cheque, it may take a few more days for the cheque to be distributed to your billing address, and for the funds to be endorsed to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any setback in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is done by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
